Attica--Russell T. Larson, 47 of Rt 4, Attica was killed at 1:50 p.m. Sunday when a tree he was cutting down hit him on the head. He was born in Fountain County but spent most of his life in Warren County. He had lived at Kramer, Rt 4, Attica for 17 years. Mr. Larson attended Pine Village HS. An Army veteran, he was a self-employed carpenter and farm hand. His marriage was in 1960 in Templeton to Donna Gayle Brooks, she survives. Also surviving a son, Kris Larson serving with the Army in Germany; two daughters, Mrs. Gary (Colen) Reitsma of Mesa, AZ and Tammi larson at home; five sisters, Lucille Scolley of Pine Village; Mary Louise Hollis of Rt 4, Attica; Mable Reynolds and Myrtle Hinton both of Attica; and Mildred Kay of Indianapolis and two brothers, John Larson of Chicago and Charles Larson of Rt 6, Frankfort.

Larson, Russel T - Friends will be received at Fisher Funeral Home Williamsport after 4 pm. Wednesday. Service in Fisher Chapel 2 p.m. Thursday the Rev. Charles Anderson officiating.  Interment Highland Cemetery. Also surviving are three grandchildren. A daughter, Sheri and brother, harold preceded in death.
