LIVENGOOD, Leota Leeper - L-Obituaries

COVINGTON — Leota M. “Babe” Livengood, 85, died at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007 in Rockville Nursing and Rehabilitation, following an extended illness. She was born Dec. 10, 1921 in Unionville, Mo., the daughter of Ernest and Alma (Webb) Leeper. She married William L. Livengood June 17, 1939 in Warren County. He preceded in death Jan. 15, 1986. She moved to Covington in 1955 from Warren County. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She was Justice of Peace in Covington from 1955 to 1975. There will not be any services and her ashes will be interred in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, in charge of arrangements. – jlr
