CATLIN (CNS) - Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Carrington Funeral Home in Fairmount for Mrs. Mabel E. Lloyd, 90, a resident of Catlin, who died Friday at the Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Danville. The Rev. Glen Manis will officiate with burial in Oakridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Born July 23, 1882, she was a daughter of Harve and Ida Smith Barkley. She was married Sept. 24, 1903, in Urbana to Edwin H. Lloyd, who preceded her in death in 1949. Mrs. Lloyd's hobby was flowers. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Catlin. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Arnold (Florence) Forein of Fairmount; a grandson, John Lloyd of Silver Spring, Md.; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Harry, a granddaughter, three sisters and a brother. - jlr
