Attica — Funeral services were held Thursday morning, May 2, at the St. Francis Xavier Church, for Isaac Logsdon, age 71, of Attica Rt. 2, who died at 3:35 a.m. Tuesday, April 30 at the Alward Nursing Home in Attica. Burial was in the Wheeler Grover Cemetery at Wingate. Born April 29, 1892, at Paynesville, Ky., he was a retired farmer and served as custodian at the Davis School for many years. He was married May 27, 1912, to Jennie Logsdon, who preceded him in death on March 15, 1963. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. George Knee of Crawfordsville, Mrs. George Hutchison of Wingate, Mrs. Pearl Burris of Battle Ground and Mrs. Pauline Vandergift of Attica Rt. 2; four brothers, Corbet of Guston, Ky., Charles of Lafayette, Bud of Attica and Roscoe of Monitor; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Shelton of Brandenburg, Ky., Mrs. Viola Smarlow of Vine Grove, Ky., and Mrs. Nannie Masters of Battle Ground; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  -typed by Walt W -
