Mrs. Bitha Stucker died Friday at her home in Covington after an extended illness, at the age of 70. Mrs. Stucker was a resident of Fountain County her entire life. She was born Oct 30, 1875 the daughter of John and Amanda McClain Meeker and was married April 30, 1899 to George Stucker. Survivors include four sons: Leon of Albuquerque NM; Claude of Attica; Lucky of Newtown and Homer Royal of Stone Bluff; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Rusk of West Lafayette, Indiana and 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A sister, Juanita Morgan of Veedersburg, a brother, Halfred Meeker of Michigan City, also survives.
