Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Newtown--(CNS) --Funeral services for Wilmer Stucker, 53, prominent farmer of west of Newtown, will be at 2:30 p. m. (DST) Tuesday at the Osborne's Prairie Church of which he was a member. The Rev. Milford Knowles will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with the Fishero Funeral Home of Veedersburg in charge. The body has been returned to the family residence where it will remain until time for services. Mr. Stucker died at 9 p. m. Saturday (May 5, 1951) at the St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette where he had been taken Friday following a heart attack. He was born Jan. 5, 1898 west of Newtown, the son of James and Ella Cunningham Stucker. He was married 30 years ago to Ruth Bennett who survives. Also surviving are a son, James of Marshall, Tex., a daughter, Frances, a supervisor at the Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis; one grandchild, and a sister, Mrs. Marie Cobault of Crawfordsville.   --typed by Walt W
