COVINGTON, Ind. - Albert F. "Pat" Suiters, 74, of 622 Sixth, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1972 at his home. Born May 6, 1897, in Wabash Township, Fountain County, he was the son of Isaac Leonard and Catherine Reath Suiters. He married Maude Richardson, who preceded him in death. On June 3, 1926, he married Madge Audrey Brewer, who died Feb. 3, 1971. A life resident of Wabash Township until moving to Covington in September of 1967, he was a retired carpenter and farmer. He was a former member and elder of the West Liberty Christian Church for 40 years. He was a member of the First Church of Christ of Covington. Survivors include a son, Wayne of Santa Susana, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Verna Lewsader of Donna, Tex., two half-sisters, Mrs. Iva Mae Walls and Mrs. Goldie Jones, both of Marshall; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a half-sister. Services were 3 p.m. EST Saturday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harold Fogle officiating. Burial was in West Liberty Cemetery south of Covington.   -- jlr
