  Kingman, May 4—John Swindler, 78, was fatally injured Tuesday afternoon when a building on which he was working on a farm southeast of here was blown over on him by a strong wind.  He was taken to a Terre Haute Hospital where death occurred at 8 p.m. Tuesday. He suffered severe head injuries and a double fracture of one leg.  Swindler had lived for a number of years at the farm home of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Stadler, three miles southeast of here on U.S. Highway 41. He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.    Funeral services will be held at the Spencer Funeral Home in Kingman Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock with Rev. J. M. McHargue in charge. Burial will be in the Chassatt Cemetery.- S
