WAYNETOWN — Mrs. Maude L. Switzer, 88, a life resident of the Waynetown area, died at 5:25 a.m. Wednesday in Carman Nursing Home at Crawfordsville. Mrs. Switzer, an accomplished artist, was born at Hillsboro. She was first married in 1905 to John F. Harpel. Her second marriage in 1937 was to Orville Switzer, who died in 1975. She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist at Crawfordsville and Mother Church of Boston. Surviving are two sons, Arthur and Ralph Harpel, both of Waynetown; and one daughter, Mrs. Roberta Flesher of Park Forest. Ill. --typed by Walt W
