TATMAN, William - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

William Tatman, 69, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday at his home on Second St, Covington.  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home with Rev. EE McConnell officiating with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mr. Tatman was born May 12, 1878 son of Curea and Rebecca Slatter Tatman and was married in 1891 to Nellie Wide (Whyde on his death record) who survives. He also leaves a sister, Mrs. Clara Jackson, Cayuga, a stepson, Willie Prichard and stepdaughter, Mrs. Florence Williams, both of Covington.
