Mrs. Bruce Campbell and her sister, Miss Helen Taylor, who reside on Covington Rt. 2, were notified Sunday, Nov. 5, of the death of their brother, George Taylor of Eldena, Ill. Mr. Taylor, age 35, was killed in a one-car accident which occurred between Eldena and Dixon, Ill., at about 3:30 a. m. Sunday. Details of the accident were not contained in the message to the Route 2 sisters but it is thought that Mr. Taylor's car hit a bridge. The accident victim, unmarried, made his home with his mother. Surviving, in addition to his two sisters in this community, are: his mother; one brother, Chester Taylor of Sherman, Ill., and another sister living an Kentucky. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Preston Funeral Home in Dixon. Burial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery there. --typed by Walt W
