Veedersburg - Marjorie M. Thomas, 77 Veedersburg died a t11:40 a.m. Sept 15, 1998 in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. Born aug 3, 1921 in Veedesrsburg, she was the daughter of Lee and Edna Oblinger Mears. She married Paul E. Thomas Oct 22, 1939 in Wallace, who survives. Surv besides husband: brother, Russell Mears, Attica, sister-in-law, Majorie Mears, Veedersburg and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Lewis, Charles, Robert and Ray Mears; sister Louise Robbins and nice, Patricia McKinney. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg with Rev. Edwin Retter officiating. Burial in Rockfield Cemetery.
