Rockville, April 20—Jesse Thompson, 82, committed suicide in the barn of his home near Bellmore Thursday afternoon by shooting himself in the head with a .22 rifle. Mrs. Edna Branson, deputy Parke County coroner, investigated.  Mr. Thompson had been in poor health for several years and that fact was believed to have been the cause of his act.
