Shortly before 8 o’clock he told his sister, Mrs. Stella Stout who has been living with him since the death of his wife three months ago that he was retiring for the night. A few minutes later she heard a commotion in his room and entering the room she found him lying on the floor dead.  Mr. Tinsley was born Sept 10, 1864 in Hillsboro the son of James and Sally Hetfield Tinsley.  He was married to Della Glover who died following an injury received three months ago.  He was at one time engaged in the hardware business in Hillsboro for five years, later moving to Covington where he continued in the same business for nine more years.  He later became a traveling salesman and lived successively in Kansas City and Detroit.
