Frank Trobaugh, 63, a resident of Veedersburg for the last 35 years, died at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Indiana Central Hospital at Indianapolis where he had been seriously ill for about two months.  He was born near Leavenworth, Ind., son of Grant and Sarah Collins Trobaugh. He was married to Elizabeth Smith who survives. Mr. Trobaugh was formerly on the Veedersburg day police force and recently was mail carrier from the post office to the depot in Veedersburg.   Surviving in addition to the widow are a daughter, Mrs. Berle Briner of Columbus, Ohio; a son, Warren, with the Navy, stationed at New York; a sister, Mrs. William Cox of St. Louis, and a brother, Alvin, of Leavenworth.  Funeral services were held at 2:00 Sunday afternoon at the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg. -S
