GEORGETOWN — Sharon Lee Trosper, 66, of Georgetown, died at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at Danville Care. She was born May 29, 1941, in Georgetown, the daughter of Andrew “Boone" and Mildred “Mim” Prunkard Drotos. She married Don L. Trosper on Oct. 11, 1958, in Georgetown. He survives. Also surviving: two daughters, Donna (Scott) Taylor of Kingman, Ind., and Ronda (Brad) Holycross of Georgetown; two sons, Randel (Linda) Trosper of Georgetown and Don (Cheryl) Trosper of Baldwin City, Kan.; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Anna Drennan of Bismarck; and a sister-in-law, Peggy Drotos of Georgetown. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Sharon was a lifetime resident of Georgetown. She was a dietary supervisor at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville from 1969-1974 and was a certified nursing assistant. She enjoyed helping other residents and being around people. She enjoyed music and her greatest joy was being with her family. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, with services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Georgetown in Georgetown with the Rev. McPhillips officiating. Burial: Woodland Cemetery in Indianola. Memorials to Cross Point, Avenue C in Danville. Arrangements by Wolfe Funeral Home in Potomac. – jlr
