Mrs. Ora E. Vancleave, 76 residing on the family farm one half mile south of Linnsburg died earlyThursday monring at Culver Hospital where she had been a patient the past week. Born in Fountain County near Hillsboro, Oct 20, 1878, Mrs.Vancleave was the daughter of Alex & Elizabeth Carter Bever. She was married Nov 29, 1900 to Frank Vancleave in Waynetown. During more than their half-century of married life, Mr. and Mrs. Vancleave resided on farms north of Yountsville, near Waynetown and near Crawfordsville before residing on their farm near Linnsburg where they have had their home for sevearl years. Mrs. Vancleave was a member of Mace Mehtodist Church and the Women's Society for Christian Service. Mrs. VanCleave is survived by her husband; 3 daughters, Mrs. Ethel Fosbrink of Hartford Conn; Mrs. Grace Craig of Arlington Heights, Ill; Mrs. Mary Virginia Coon of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Rosenbarger of LA and Mrs. Caroliyn Whetsil of Wetsfield, NJ; two granddaughters and two grandsons. Two brothers and two sisters prec her in death. Funeral services will be held at the Mace Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Guy E. Tremaine and Rev. Ernest Prevo as officiating ministers. Burial in Masonic Cemetery at Crawfordsville. Friends may call at Bright Funeral Home until noon Saturday.
