Mrs. Blanche VanDuyn, native of this community, died at her home here Saturday morning at 6:30 after an illness of several months.

  Mrs. VanDuyn was born March 13, 1883, daughter of Charles and Della Marshall Gillum and in 1912 was married to Cloyd VanDuyn, former resident of Crawfordsville.

  The husband survives, along with a sister, Mrs. Olive Gray of Kingman; a niece, Mrs. Freeman McKinney, Attica, and two nephews, Gilman and Howard Gray of Kingman.

  Mrs. VanDuyn was a member of the OES.

  Funeral services were held at the residence Monday afternoon with Rev. J. M. McHargue officiating.

  Music was furnished by Mrs. A. L. Ratcliff and Mrs. Scott Marks. Pall bearers were Freeman McKinney of Attica, Leslie Gillum, Donald Grubbs, James Hepler and Gilman and Howard Gray. – thanks so much to S&E
