VanNOTE, Cleo - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Cleo E. Van Note, 85, Veedersburg, went to be with the Lord, at 1 p.m. Friday Nov 28 1997 in Culver Union Hospital, Crawfordsville.  She was born April 4 1912 near Cates, the daughter of Cluster and Amy Ross Keller.  She married Thomas H. Van Note March 10 1938 in Perrysville.  He preceded in death in 1991. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene of Veedersburg. Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Hammersley, Indianapolis;  Joni Jones, Madeira, Fla.; a son Dennis Van Note, Danville, Ill.; a sister, Mildred (Babe) Perry, Veedersburg; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son Larry; a brother, Delmar Keller and a sister, Francis Davis.  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, with the Rev. Edwin Retter officiating.  Burial was in Cold Springs Cemetery, Veedersburg. – thanks so much to my good buddy, Betty D
