Attica, Aug 22 - Mrs. Nellie (McCarty_ Young, wife of CB Young, retired Attica utility executive died at 8:23 a.m. today in Marish Hospital, Williamsport, following an illness of four weeks. A native of Indiana, she formerly lived in Rochester and came here 13 years ago. She was active in the Methodist Church and OES.
Surviving are the husband/ a daughter, Mrs. Walter Rickard Jeffersonville; two sons, First Lt. Jack Young, Camp Shelby and Charles of Peoria; a sister, Mrs. Davy Crandall, Jeffersonville and two brothers, Jesse McCarty, Indianapolis and Frank McCarty, New Albandy. Friends may call at the DeSutter FUnerla Home, where services will be held Sunday at 2. - jkbz
