Kingman May 17, 1949 -- Lonnie A. Zackmire, 59, died in the home of his birth in Kingman Tuesday at 9 a.m. Mr. Zackmire was born in Fountain County June 26, 1889 the son of Thomas and Susan Zackmire. He was married to Opal Woodrow. Surviving are the widow, a daughter, Mrs. Mable Marie Cory; his mother; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Allen of West Lebanon and Mrs. Lizzie Shoaf of Attica, and one brother, Ransom of Yeddo. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Freedom church near Wallace with Rev JC Shrigley of Kingman officiating. Burial will be in the Zackmire cemetery. Friends may call at the Woodrow Funeral home here until 1 p.m Thursday.

Lonie A. Zackmire, age 59 years, passed away at the home in which he was born Tuesday, May 17.
  Mr. Zackmire was born in Fountain County on June 2, 1889, the son of Thomas and Susan Zackmire. He married Opal Woodrow.
  He is survived by the wife; a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Marie Cory; his mother; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Allen of West Lebanon and Mrs. Lizzie Shoaf of Attica; and a brother, Ransom of Yeddo.
  Funeral services were here Thursday at two o’clock in the Freedom Church near Wallace. The Rev. J. C. Shrigley officiated. Interment was in Zackmire Cemetery with the Woodrow Funeral Home in charge. - thanks to S&E
