John W. Zeigler of RR 1, Kingman, age 67, died Friday afternoon, August 14, in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. He was born in Van Buren Township, Fountain County, March 21, 1914, the son of Charles and Anna Walter Zeigler. March 6, 1949, he married Elsie M. Trosper, who survives. Zeigler was a member of Centennial Community Church, Yeddo Masonic Lodge and OES, Wallace Low 12 Club and the Farm Bureau.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Rose Hooker of RR 1, Kingman, and Mrs. Phyllis Bowling of RR 2, Veedersburg; a son, Richard of RR 1, Kingman; a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Downs of RR 1, Hillsboro; and four grandsons.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Forrest Stickler officiating. Burial was in Centennial Cemetery.- thanks to S
