BAUER, William - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Dick Huseman has returned home from a two-week stay with her mother, Mrs. William Bauer, in St. Louis, Mo., following the death of her father, William Bauer, on April 30. Mr. Bauer was born Sept. 27, 1889. He was a resident of St. Louis all his life and married Flora A. Fickeissen on June 17, 1918. Other survivors beside the widow and Mrs. Huseman are another daughter, Mrs. Flora Schlude of Des Plaines, Ill., and a son, William Bauer, Jr., of Foristel, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Dick Huseman, Jr., Flora Wilson, David Huseman, William Bauer III, Sallie Bauer, Jeffry Bauer and Teddy Schlude, and a great-grandson, Douglas Huseman. Funeral services were held in St. Louis, with interment at Sunset Burial Park.
