WAYNETOWN, Ind. (CNS) - Jesse Edward Bell, 70, of rural Waynetown, died at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 13, 1967) in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville where he had been taken after he was stricken Sunday evening. Born Sept. 27, 1897 in White County, Ind., he was the son of Charlie and Millicent Rayl Bell. He was married June 5, 1921 at Petersburg to Ethel Fine of Hillsboro, who survives. He and his wife moved to Fountain County where they lived until moving to Benton County in 1943. Five years ago they moved to their present address. He was a member of Fowler Christian Church and attended Young's Chapel. Survivors also include two sons, Lester T. of Crawfordsville Route 4 and LaMarr J. of Duluth, Minn., and six grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown with the Rev. Glenn McFarland, minister of Young's Chapel, officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday.
