Veedersrburg- William Berger, about 50, husband of a former Stone Bluff woman, died Tuesday in Aughn Veteran's Hospital, Maywood, Ill. He was a native of Maywood but was married to the former Dorothy Mallott of Stone Bluff who survives. He was a veteran of WWII. The body will arrive at J. Fred Parham Funeral Home here Thursday afternoon. Funeral services and burial will be at Osborne's Prairie Church Friday. The time of services has not been set.
