VEEDERSBURG — Jane A. Bergstrom,
64, Cary, Ill., died Friday, April 27, 2007 in Veedersburg. She was born Nov.
24, 1942 in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Betty Mettee. She was raised by her
adoptive parents, Lloyd and Ann (Hodson) Bergstrom, Chicago, Ill. They have all
preceded in death. She attended Maranatha Baptist Church in Covington and was
passionate about their Kid's Summer Camp Program. She was also active in Little
Theater Productions which she greatly enjoyed. Survivors include: two
daughters, Barbara Ericksen, Lakewood, Colo. and Anna Ericksen, Los Angeles,
Calif.; two sons, Lloyd (Jenny) Ericksen, Woodstock, Ill. and Matt Ericksen,
Northbrook, Ill.; a brother, John (Marilyn) Bergstrom, Palm Harbor, Fla.; two
sisters, Kathy (Steve) Parks, Veedersburg and Becky Mettee, Chandler, Ariz.;
and two grandchildren, Ryan Ericksen and Ethan Ericksen. Memorial services will
be at 11 a.m. Friday in Maranatha Baptist Church, Covington, with Pastor Kyle
Allen officiating. Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, is in charge of
arrangements. Family request memorial contributions be made in Jane's name to
Maranatha's Summer Camp Program for Kids. –
