BLOOMINGDALE, Ind. (CNS) – Mrs. Laura Bever, 86, of Bloomingdale, died at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday (June 22, 1977) at the Vermillion County Convalescent Center in Clinton. She had been a patient there over a year. Born April 5, 1891, in Fountain County, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lock. She was married Aug. 17, 1910, to Burch Bever, who died July 15, 1960. Survivors include a son, Clinton of San Antonio, Tex.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bever was a member of the Freedom Church. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Rice Funeral Home. The Rev. Alfred Dobbs will officiate. Burial will be in Centennial Cemetery. Friends will be received after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
