ATTICA, Ind. (CNS) - Mrs. Genevieve Billingsley, 75, of Attica Route 2, died at 1 p.m. Tuesday (June 15, 1971) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She had been ill a month. Born June 18, 1895, in Richmond, Ky., she was the daughter of Charley and Sarah Young Bennett. She married Radford Billingsley in 1914 in Veedersburg. He died in 1950. Mrs. Billingsley, a resident of Attica for 65 years, was a member of the First Church of Christ of New Brunswick. Survivors include six sons, Raymond, William and Ralph, all of Tampa, Fla., Merle of Attica, Earl of Mentone and Lee of Lafayette; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Snyder of Joplin, Mo.; a brother, Thomas Bennett of Milwaukee; 17 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Desutter Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harry Randolph officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Tuesday.
