Waynetown - Mrs. Sarah S. Booe, 94, a pioneer Indiana school teacher, died Friday night at the Hart Memorial Nursing Home in Crawfordsville following an illness of eight months.  Born Feb 5, 1859 in Montgomery County, Mrs. Booe was the daughter of Caleb and Caroline C. CLevenger Reath.  She married Daniel Booe Nov 9, 1879.  She was a member of the Alamo Christian Church. She taught for several years in the rural schools of West-Central Indiana. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dora Alward, Alamo; a granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Isbell, Elkhart; a grandson, Paul R. Alward, Lafayette; a great grandson, Paul H. ALward, Lafayette and a brother, Elem Reath, RFD 1, Waynetown. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Harney S. Burns will be in charge. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Graveside rites will be conducted at the Hillsboro American Legion post. Friends may call at the funeral home. - kbz
