KINGMAN — Thelma L. Bowling, 87,
rural Kingman, formerly of Peoria, Ariz., died at 12:40 a.m. Wednesday, Nov.
14, 2007 in The Waters of Covington. She was born Feb. 2, 1920 in Nashville,
Tenn., the daughter of John and Grace Schenck. She married Charles C. Bowling
Nov. 27, 1949. He preceded in death in 1996. She had resided with her late
husband's niece and husband, Raymond and Glenda Richardson since 1999 due to
failing health. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She was also
preceded in death by a brother and three sisters, one being an infant. At her
request, she will be cremated. A family memorial service will take place at a
later date. Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, in charge of arrangements. – jlr
