BOYD, Margaret Roseburg - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Rockville July 24 – Mrs. Philip Boyd, 32 years old of Rockville was killed Sunday in an automobile accident on the Hollinsburg Hill, 10 miles east of Rockville. She died in the arms of her husband as the result of the jugular vein being cut by flying glass from the broken windshield. The car in which they were riding being driven by the husband was struck by a truck being driven by Lawrence O’Dell, a driver for JE Kressler, garage at Indianapolis. Both machines were badly damaged. O’Dell was arrested.
