BRASEL, Louis W. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Louis W. Brasel of RR 1, Hillsboro, age 77, died Sunday morning, October 18, at his home. He was born in Danville, Illinois, March 3, 1904, the son of William and Minnie Witt Brasel. In 1935, he married Pauline Coontz, who died in March of 1947. A retired farmer, he was a member of Fountain County Farm Bureau.

  Surviving are a stepdaughter, Vallerie Coontz of Hillsboro; and a sister, Mrs. Esther Hageman of Danville.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Delmar Krueger officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery at Danville, Illinois.- thanks to S
