Veedersburg, Jul 18 – A northbound local on the Chicago & Indiana Coal Road ran into a buggy near Rob Roy Saturday and Mrs. Samuel Brier, aged 80 years, was instantly killed. Lizzie Brown, the other occupant of the buggy, was probably fatally injured. Her leg was broken and the flesh almost stripped from the limbs --– kbz
