Mrs. Juanita V. Brook KINGMAN, Ind. (CNS) - Mrs. Juanita V. Brook, 52, of Yeddo, Kingman Route 1, died at 12:20 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 11, 1970) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill., where she had been a patient a week. Born Sept. 4, 1918, at Danville, she was the daughter of Francis Hardy and Opha Allen Cates. She married Frederick Brook Dec. 26, 1941. A former resident of Danville, Cates and Kingman, she had resided in the Yeddo community for the past 15 years. She graduated from Kingman High and attended the Yedo Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; a son, Gary W. of Kingman Route 1; a daughter, Miss Joyce Brook of Bob Jones University, Greenville, S. C.; her mother of Kingman Route 1; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Six of Covington Route 1; a brother, Ernest Cates of Covington Route 3; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers. Services will be at 2 p.m. EDT Tuesday at the Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington, with the Rev. William Grimes officiating. Burial will be in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3:30 p.m. Monday.  --typed by : JR
