Attica, June 1 – Lloyd Harrison Brooks, 18 died at 5 o’clock Sunday evening at Ward Hospital, Williamsport, where he had been taken Friday afternoon. Heart trouble following influenza caused death. Born in Attica, Jan 24, 1918, he was a son of Raleigh and Martha (Ratcliff) Brooks. Surviving are the parents with a brother, Forrest and a sister, Norma at home. The funeral will be held here Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Coffing & Robinson Funeral Chapel with Rev. AW Jackman officiating; interment in Riverside Cemetery. – kbz
