Hillsboro -- Cecil L. Brown, 51 of South Bend died Sunday after suffering a stroke on Thanksgiving Day. Mr. Brown was a former resident of Hillsboro and attended Hillsboro schools. He was born Feb 11, 1919 to John and Nelle Gott Brown. Surviving are two children, Anita and Cecil Jr both at home. Services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday in Orvis Funeral Home, South Bend. Graveside rites will be 3 p.m. Wednesday by Rev Walter Williams in Rosehill Cemetery, Hillsboro.
