BROWN, Hiram Milton

Hiram Milton Brown, 72, died suddenly while teaching his Sunday School class in the Kingman Methodist Church when stricken with a heart attack. He was born on Oct 18, 1878, the son of Francis H. and Mary Jane Frazier Brown. He was born on Oct 18, 1878, the son of Francis H. and Mary Jane Frazier Brown in Parke County and had lived in Bloomingdale until shortly after his marriage on June 19, 1907 to Miss Lucy Towell who on March 16 last. The couple moved to Kingman where he had been associated with the Metzger Lumber Company and the feed mill until his retirement. Surviving is one son, Merrill of Shelby, Miss. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday conducted by Rev. Hovis of Terre Haute. Burial took place in the Kingman Fraternal Cemetery with the Spencer Funeral Home in charge.
