Richard C. Brown, 70, RR 1, Williamsport, died at 3:50 a.m. Monday, December 5, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. He was the brother of three Fountain County residents.
  Born May 10, 1913 in Bismarck, Illinois, he was the son of Homer C. and Lilly Fern Phillips Brown. On February 12, 1948, he married Mary E. Beam in Danville, Illinois, who survives. He was employed with the Warren Cunty Highway Department for 26 years, retiring in December of 1982. He was a member of the Bismarck Church of Christ.
  Other Survivors include three brothers, James Brown of Attica, Albert Brown of Williamsport and Homer Brown of Kingman; three sisters, Mrs. Emerson Hetrick and Mrs. Henry Gooden, both of Williamsport, and Mrs. John Limauge of Covington; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
  Services were conducted today (Thursday) at fisher Funeral Home in Williamsport with Rev. Kenneth Fetters officiating. Burial was in Locust Grove Cemetery near Tab. ā€“ thanks so much to ā€œSā€
