Funeral services for Charles A. Bryant, age 70, a resident of the Williamsport Rt. 2 community in Warren County since 1927, who died at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Marshfield Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Elsworth Morack officiated. Burial, with the Crowmer and Siddens Funeral Home in charge, was in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Mr. Bryant, who had been ill two years, was born near Kingman, May 9, 1895, the son of Peter and Maretta Robbins Bryant. He was married Feb. 26, 1927, to Anna Wagner, who survives. He was a veteran of World War I. He was formerly employed at Harrison Steel Foundry in Attica and the Veterans Administration Hospital in Danville, Ill. He was a member of the Marshfield Presbyterian Church. Surviving, in addition to the wife, are: one brother, Martin of Hillsboro Rt. 1; and two sisters, Mrs. Stella Keller of Waynetown and Mrs. Ann Roth of Elkhart.
