BRYLES, William - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

MELLOTT – Funeral services and burial have been held in New Albany for William Bryles, age 72, a former resident of Mellott, who has resided in Florida for the past two years. He had been in failing health for two years. Mr. Bryles was born in Harrison County near New Albany; he was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emma Bryles of Lincoln, Ill.; one son, William E. of New Albany; one daughter, Mrs. Francis Schmitgen of Palmetto, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Dalland of Battle Creek, Mich., and Mrs. Alta Lemmons of New Albany; and two brothers, Charles of New Albany and Clarence of Lafayette. – jlr
