Ben Burkholder, 38, farmer, living on the Eva Minick farm west of Newtown died suddenly of a heart attack at 11:30 o'clock Monday night. Mr. Burkholder moved to Fountain County about a year ago, but had lived
on the MInick farm only the past six weeks.
Born March 12, 1905, in McLean County, Illinois he was the son of Andrew and Cora Buckholder. He was married Aug 10, 1929 to Fern Stingley of Valparaiso.
The survivors include the widow; five children, the father, Andrew J. Burkholder, who lived with his son. Funeral services were held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in Attica. Burial in Cessna Park, Illinois.
