Mrs. Oma Cooper and daughter Mrs. Ernest Myer, Hillsboro attended the funeral service of the former’s great granddaughter, Joyce Lorene Burns, infant daughter of Durward J and Loraine Coons Burns, Crawfordsville Tuesday afternoon. The Rev. George T. King of the First Baptist Church officiated and burial was in the Masonic cemetery, Crawfordsville. The child was born at Culver Hospital Feb 24 and died Monday morning. Surviving besides the parents are a brother, Terr J. Burns; the maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Coons, Crawfordsville; the paternal grandparents ,Mr. and Mrs. JW Burns of Attica and a great grandmother, Mrs. Oma Cooper, Hillsboro. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Beverly Ann.
