Veedersburg - Mrs. Jennie Cade of Veedersburg died Wenesday at 1:15 a.m. at the RUdisill Nursing Home at Covington where she had been admitted Tuesday. She was formerly a patient at Rudisill Home at Crawfordsville for about two years. Mrs. Cade was born near Veedersburg July 1, 1880, the daughter of Joseph and Rebecca Marlatt Miller. She married Clifford Cade Sept 17, 1902. He preceded her in death in 1954. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Cade was a membr of the Valetta Chapter Order of Eastrn Star and Ladies Aid of the New Century EUB Church. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services were held at the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg Friday, Nov. 10, at 10:00 a.m. for Mrs. Jennie Cade, age 81, a life resident of the Veedersburg community, who died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington where she had been a patient one day. The Rev. J. Samuel Pritchard officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, southeast of Covington. Mrs. Cade had formerly been a patient at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Crawfordsville for three years. She had fallen recently fracturing her hip and was transferred to Covington. Born July 1, 1880, she was a daughter of Joseph and Rebecca Marlatt Miller. She was married Sept. 17 1902, to Clifford Cade, who preceded her in death in November 1954. Mrs. Cade was a member of the Valetta Chapter of Eastern Star and the new Century EUB Aid Society. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
