Veedersburg - Andrew Campbell, 88, a farmer all his life and a native of Fountain County, died at 4:20 p.m. Thursday in Tall Trees Nursing Home at Covington. He had been a patient there five years. He was a member of Osborne Prairie Church and Fountain County Farm Bureau. He was a past director of Veedersburg Hub Savings & Loan. He was born on Dec. 2, 1885, a son of Andrew and Sarah Longnecker Campbell. He was married to Flo Smith on April 26, 1911. She died April 22, 1965. Surviving are two sons, Robert L. and Ray, both of near Veedersburg; three daughters, Mrs. Roy (Ruth) Bunnell of Wingate, Mrs. William D. (Inez) Luzader of near Crawfordsville and Mrs. Calvin (Louise) Cumbow of Tilton, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Moore of Hillsboro and Miss Georgia Campbell of near Veedersburg; 18 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 12 step-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Osborne Prairie Church with the Rev. Robert Karn officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Parham Funeral Home here after 4 p.m. today. The body will lie in state in the church one hour prior to services.

  Veedersburg, Ind.—Andrew Campbell, 88, of Veedersburg Route 4, died at 4:20 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 29, 1974) at the Tall Trees Nursing Home in Covington. He had been a patient for five years.

  Born Dec. 2, 1885, in Fountain County, he was the son of Andrew and Sarah Longnecker Campbell. On April 26, 1911, he married Flo Smith, who died April 22, 1965.

  Mr. Campbell had been a farmer all his life.

  He was a member of the Osborne Prairie Church, Fountain County Farm Bureau and a past director of Veedersburg Hub Savings and Loan Company.

  Survivors include two sons, Robert L. and Ray, both of rural Veedersburg; three daughters, Mrs. Roy (Ruth) Bunnell of Wingate, Mrs. William D.
