Attica - Frank A. Campbell, 90, Rt 1, Attica, died in Community Hospital at Williamsport at 7:25 p.m. Thursday after being a patient for 3 days. He had been in failing health for five years. Mr. Campbell had been a patient at the Alward Nursing Home in Attica for the past 2 1/2 years. Mr. Campbell attended school at Hillsboro and had been a farmer in Shawnee Township, Fountain County since 1910. He was born at HIllsboro Oct 2, 1882, a son of Albert and Elizabeth Burgner Campbell. He was married January 18, 1905 to Sylvia Purdue who preceded him in death Sept 17, 1958. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Earl (Maxine) Crowder of Rt 1, Attica and Mrs. Jesse (Evelyn) Smith of Rt 3, Veedersburg; a son, Horace of Springville; four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted in the Dale Maus Funeral Chapel at Attica at 2 p.m. Monday with Rev. George Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Union Christian Cemetery east of Aylesworth. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Sunday. -kbz
