Veedersburg May 17 – Mrs. Mary Campbell, 85, a resident of this vicinity 50 years, died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Irma Crane in Danville, Ill. Born in Illinois, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Allie Walton; two sons, Samuel Campbell, Lafayette and Joyce Campbell, Covington; a brother, Benjamin Hooper, Chicago and a half-sister (not named). Funeral 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Osborne Prairie Church; burial in the church cemetery. - kbz
