Charles Carr, age 73 passed away Thursday morning at his home in Kingman. He has a brother, Henry Carr, who lives in Veedersburg. Funeral services will be held Sunday with the Spencer Funeral Home in charge.

Funeral services were held for Charles Carr at the home Sunday afternoon with the Rev. J. M. McHargue officiating. Music was furnished by Miss Cora Harvey and Mrs. Edith Lindley. Pall bearers were Sam and Marion Newnum, Mark Carter, James Hatton, Pearl Blacketer, Lonnie Waldridge. Burial was in Harveysburg Cemetery with the Spencer Funeral Home in charge. Attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Waldridge of Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. James Hatton of Attica, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Carter and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Carter, Veedersburg, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Newnum and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wilkey of Sylvania and Mr. and Mrs. Pearl Blacketer and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hatch of Cates. – thanks so much to S&E
