Covington - Funeral services for Mrs. Tillie Carrithers, age 86, mother of Mrs. Charles (Mary) Hudson of Covington Rt. 3, who died early Monday, Nov. 18, in the Meadows Manor Nursing Home in Terre Haute, where held on Thursday, Nov. 21. The services were held in the Lawson Funeral Home in Brazil and burial was in St. John's Reformed Cemetery at Brazil. Mrs. Carrithers, who made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Hudson during the winter months, had been seriously ill since suffering a stroke last August. She is survived by: one son, George of Terre Haute; two daughters, Mrs. Hudson of Covington and Mrs. Vallie Sonnefield of Center Point, Ind.; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
