Hillsboro

Carl Clark, 64, a former Hillsboro business man and WWI veteran died Sunday at noon at the Indianapolis Veterans Hospital where he had been a patient for four weeks. Mr. Clark operated the Hillsboro Steak House retiring a few months ago. He was born in Wallace May 7, 1892, the son of Chalres and Nora Myers Clark. He wa smarried to Ethel Paris in 1916 and later married Beulah Mosley in March 1933. He was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church. Surviving are the wife; the mother, Mrs. Dan Mize of Hillsboro; a daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Hedblade of Aurora, Il; four stepdaughters, Mrs. Louise Brooks, Hillsboro; Mrs. Ilene Wrigh tof Owensville; Mrs. Phyllis Henson of FLora, Ill and Mrs. Doris Semke of Huntingsburg; two stepsons, Mat Mosbe of Homestead, Fl and Jack Mosbe of Tulsa, Ok; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral seravices will be at Crumley Funeral Home in Hillsboro Wednesday at 1 p.m. with burial at Bicknell. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening.
