Mrs. Lillian Naomi Clark, 93, of East Pike, Attica, died Sunday (April 19, 1970) at the Home Hospital in Lafayette. She had been a patient there three days and in ill health two weeks. Born near Portland Arch in Fountain County, Ind., Aug. 25, 1876, she was a daughter of Simon B. and Amelia Brame LaBaw. She was married March 7, 1900, to Freeman Clark. He preceded her in death Jan. 20, 1920. Mr. Clark had been a blacksmith at Aylesworth. Mrs. Clark moved to Attica in 1924. She attended Bear Creek School and Miss Coffin S. Norman School in Covington. She taught school at Rob Roy a number of years and also was a practical nurse. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Union Christian Church and the Home Economics Club. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Roy (Naomi) Pearson of Attica and Mrs. Wreatha Bantz of Covington; and a granddaughter, Norma Jean Bantz of Covington. Services Wednesday at the DeSutter Funeral Home. The Rev. Vernon Seaton officiated with burial in Union Cemetery.--waw
